The activities kick off with a one-hour clinic or group instruction, led by knowledgeable individuals. This initial hour is dedicated to teaching and refining skills in a specific sport or physical activity, ensuring that participants have the opportunity to learn something new or improve their existing abilities in a supportive setting.
Following the clinic, the second hour is self-guided, allowing participants to apply what they've learned, engage in casual play, or even try out other sports equipment brought by attendees. This flexibility encourages exploration and personal growth.
